Please arrive at our Stonington facility 45 minutes before trip time to allow time for parking and boarding.

All passengers boarding in Stonington are required to stop at our ticket booth to purchase tickets and arrange for parking. Two personal bags are included at no charge with each departing fare; all other personal luggage is charged at $3.00 each piece. All passenger luggage is required to display payment stickers when boarding.

Passengers bringing large amounts of personal luggage will appreciate the use of a luggage box to expedite hanlding and loading of their items. Call ahead for arrangements, and arrive an hour before trip time to load your items into the box. Moving luggage boxes aboard, including yours, is normally completed half an hour before trip time.

We do not offer reservations on our normally scheduled trips to the Town of Isle au Haut or Duck Harbor, or our secenic harbor cruise. Those services are operated as "first come, first served" trips. Prepaid reservations for our puffin and lighthouse tours are available by telephoning our office at (207) 367-5193 or (207) 367-6016.We do not accept these reservations by email or text.

Take a lovely cruise through the islands! The Island Cruise is a special discounted $34 fare for passengers to ride out to Isle au Haut on any one of our regular scheduled trips and take the same boat for the return trip for $34.00 (under 12, half price. There is a brief stop at the island).

Although passengers are welcome to bring their own bikes at the above fares, we no longer offer rental bikes for use on island.
