A full fare (non-resident, one way ticket from Stonington to Isle au Haut on the Friday late boat, on either Saturday boat, or on a Sunday boat (if scheduled), will include a no charge return trip on same Saturday, on the Sunday Boat (if scheduled) or on the 8 a.m. boat on the immediately following Monday 2. Single fare for personal possessions, packages, and pets for residents: Year-round residents traveling either way between Stonington and Isle au Haut in the designated time, may choose to pay a full (non-resident) one way fare and then will be allowed unlimited bags and packages, which re carried by hand by the passenger. personal pets are also included.

The Captain will narrate local history and folklore of the many islands, granite quarries, and lighthouses. Seals, marine wildlife, sailing yachts, and local fishing vessels present excellent photo opportunities. One can learn about our lobster fishery as we will haul a string of lobster traps. (Sorry, we don't can't keep or sell our catch and we return it to the water.) You'll see what creatures from the ocean floor are in the daily catch and learn the techniques and traditions of the men and women who earn their livings from the waters of coastal Maine.
